>Food: purple stuff on chicken with green beans

>made it up for dinner

I just want to talk about the purple stuff…
Now this is not the same “purple stuff” given the cold-shoulder by thirsty commercial children of the 90’s.
No.
That purple stuff was a drink this is a sauce…
A pomegranate blueberry sauce.
“That’s crazy!” she hears from a doubtful voice.
“Awesome!” cries another, this time she hears excitement.
“No,” she says thoughtfully and serious now, “Crazy awesome.”
This is what you need:
Tablespoon of butter
Tablespoon of flour
Pomegranate Blueberry Juice!! (Pom makes it and so do other juice dudes I’m sure…)
A splash of milk
And you will add them to a pot in that order!
It’s too easy to be this crazy-awesome good.
Melt the butter in a small pot.
Whisk in your flour then let cook for a minute or so.
Add some of that delicious Pomegranate Blueberry juice- about a cup or a little more
Whisk whisk whisk.
Add that splash of milk.
Let it cook and occasionally whisk whisk whisk.
You will see it start to thicken up.
It only really takes about 5-10 minutes to make this crazy-awesomeness.

>Food: stufffffffffffed avocado

>

made because of mad men…

betty draper said “crabbed-stuffed avocado” and i was sold-
except I actually made “ground-turkey-and-cheese-stuffed avocado with taco flavor”…
yum.
you need: avocado, ground meat, cheese, a little cream cheese and some taco seasoning you buy in the international aisle, of course.
Do what it says on the back of the seasoning with the ground meat of your choice.
When that’s ready add some cheese and a dollop of cream cheese (mmmm, delicious… makes it… creamy.)
Then cut that avocado of yours in half, knock out that giant seed and take a few tiny scoops out of each center (for extra room for meat!).
Put the avocado halves on a baking sheet and then stuff those centers with that creamy, cheesy, meaty goodness.
I put a little bit of cheese on top and some bread crumbs across them (or crumbled corn chips would be good).
Put those avocados in the oven and Bake for a little bit so it is warm all the way through and a little crispy on top.
Also I don’t recommend buying avocados at Key Food… shop elsewhere for such a delicacy… they are worth it

>Food: minty-chocolate cookies

>

made from scratch for fun and presents
it’s easy too…
make some sugar cookies.
then – crush up 2 or 3 wintergreen lifesavers into dust. melt some morsels and add that wintergreen dust to the chocolate (or just melt mint chocolate that’s already mint chocolate, but then you won’t have dust to put on top like snoooooow… those white specs are nice)
decorate!
yum.

>Deep Dish Cookies!!

>

made for our bellies

The things you need:
aluminum muffin tin
cookie dough
chocolate chips
marshmallows
How To:
1. Put a layer of cookie dough on the bottom of each muffin pocket
2. Layer marshmallows on the cookie dough layer
3. Cover the marshmallows with another cookie dough layer
4. Add chocolate chips for decoration (and more flava!)
5. Bake the deep-dish cookies at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes (until dark golden on top!)
6. When the cookies are out let them cool and then cut the aluminum tray for individual dishes! (I think they’re impossible to get out of the tray because they are such a gooey goodness!)
7. Eat and enjoy of course!
